· Lead Public Health Analyst and Extramural Team Lead for CORVD/OD responsible for planning, formulating, analyzing, evaluating, and/or implementing program policies for national/international public health programs.
· Serves as FAC-COR III for the OD and four branches with the Division’s contracts portfolio for multiple national and international multimillion dollar services and personnel support services contracts for COVID-19, RSV, and other respiratory diseases aimed at improving the health of people and communities by preventing illness, disability, and death from respiratory viruses through public health science and practice in the United States and globally.
· Provides critical advice and assistance in overcoming barriers to program delivery and application because of economic, cultural, or political controversies or difficulties.
· Develops, oversees, coordinates, and manages new initiatives, special activities, and programs impacting national/international public health.
· Manages and maintains the budget for all contracts, cooperative agreements (CoAgs), and interagency agreements (IAAs) within the division to ensure funds are properly maintained and managed by the Contractors and to ensure the funds will last throughout the entire option year of each contract.

· Extramural Lead serving as FAC-COR III for the Influenza Division (ID), Office of the Director (OD) and assisting four branches with the Division’s contracts portfolio for multiple national and international multimillion dollar services and personnel support services contracts for influenza and COVID-19 aimed at building surveillance and response capacity, monitoring and assessing influenza viruses and illness, improving vaccines and other interventions, and applying research to provide science-based enhancement of prevention and control policies and programs.
· Participated in regular extramural team meetings with the Center to discuss the division contracts and updates occurring with the CDC and Center.
· Oversaw and led the pre-award, award, and post-award process (including kick-off meetings) and oversees all modifications of these contracts (up to as many as eight-ten [8-10] at any given time) by entering and tracking them into ICE and other administrative systems including RMS.
· Managed and maintained the budget for all contracts within the division to ensure funds are properly maintained and managed by the Contractors and to ensure the funds will last throughout the entire option year of each contract.
· Served as FAC-COR III and Project Officer and managed Division-wide multi-million-dollar IAA with NIAID for the ‘Evaluation of Clinical Samples from Influenza Clinical Trials’ by Battelle, including coordination of clinical trial shipping, planning, and deliverables.
· Provided guidance to as many as ten (10) of the many FAC-CORs (FTEs) in the Division on any given occasion, including: assistance with development of or reviewing acquisition documents prior to submission to OAS, or reviewing after OAS revisions are made; assistance with documents that include, acquisition plans (APs), statements of work (SOWs), market research reports (MRRs), justification and approval for other than full and open competition (JOFOCs), sole source justifications (SSJs), limited source justifications (LSJs), and independent government cost estimates (IGCEs); identification of correct NAICS or Product and Service Codes; or FAC-COR mentoring/shadowing.
· Lead FAC-COR III over team of small team of FAC-COR II’s and FAC-COR III’s to provide guidance to Division leadership on the management and coordination of the Division's contracts portfolio for six large multimillion dollar national contracts (~$3,500,000,000 [Billion] each) for the Increasing Community Access to Testing (ICATT) Program and the Testing and Diagnostics Working Group (TDWG) for COVID-19 testing for vulnerable populations in the United States within pharmacies, non-pharmacies (drive- through locations, kiosks, border/surge sites).
· Served as manager of budget activities by providing quality assurance, technical expertise, and oversight of all procurements and budget related activities for the ICATT Program related to COVID-19 testing and identified additional funding mechanisms that were needed to ensure the longevity of the program with the agency.
· Provided Program Management duties for COVID-19 related activities, including leading pharmacy meetings, gathering budgetary information on Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance billing, current COVID-19 positivity rates from contractors, swab and send testing, point-of-care (POC) testing, POC antigen testing, over-the-counter (OTC) tests and unobserved-self collection, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and genomic sequencing testing, multiplex testing, confirmatory POC antigen testing, and surge site testing and management for COVID-19 ICATT contracts.
· Provided Project Management responsibilities for ICATT generating and maintaining, slides, PowerPoint presentations for the ICATT Program and the Executive Office of the President (EOP) deck, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and one-pagers related to FEMA funding, and quality review of pharmacy websites and screening programs.
· Provided customer service internally and externally throughout the procurement process for the ICATT Program.
· Served as Center POC for extramural funding activities and maintain liaison with OFR, OAS, and OGS for the ICATT Program.
· Assisted the Deputy Management Official in the review, evaluation, and execution of external resource funding related to six large multimillion dollar contracts for the ICATT Program.
· Program Manager for International Micronutrient Malnutrition Prevention and Control (IMMPaCt) Team.
· IMMPaCt Program Manager for daily program activities serving all staff including FTEs (including Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) Officers) and contractors, including McKing contractors and ORISE fellows, and coordinates the personnel packages and onboarding of many of these staff.
· Oversaw and point-of-contact for contracts, cooperative agreements (Co-Ags) for UNICEF and WHO, interagency agreements (IAA) with USAID for all program projects, memorandums of understanding (MOU) with WFP, notice of funding opportunities (NOFOs) for new projects (including clearances, i.e., concept clearance, IT clearance, STARS (PRA and OMB), requests for proposals (RFP), and grants, with knowledge of CDC’s GrantSolutions (Announcement Module (AM) and Grant Management Module (GMM)) and CDC SharePoint systems, and with full responsibility for carrying out all required monitoring and management duties for these IAAs, MOUs, NOFOs, and RFPs.
· Ensured all program budgets, contracts, IAAs, and other related documents are managed, monitored, and utilized appropriately throughout the fiscal year.· Managed all Program budgets, including IAA and travel budgets on a yearly basis and maintain these multiple spend plans.
· Collaborated with USAID identify new funds for the Program that can be used for surveys and surveillance systems to meet the needs of the Program and work with the Center for Global Health (CGH) to place these funds on the CDC-wide IAA so that these funds can be used by the Program for contract and travel purposes.
· Served as FAC-COR II for the program supporting a multimillion-dollar contract including personnel and contract deliverables for several individual statements of work (SOWs) throughout each year of the contract.
· Oversaw the pre-award, award, and post-award process (including kick-off meetings) and oversees all modifications of this contract.
· Participated in weekly meetings with Contractor’s basis to ensure deliverables were being met.
