• Medical Support:Manage medication.
  Monitor vital signs.
  Manage pain and symptoms.
  
• Personal Care Assistance:Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene such as nail, oral, and skin care).
  Reposition clients every 2-3 hours or as needed.
  
• Emotional and Compassionate Care:Provide emotional support.
  Offer comfort, privacy, and quality of life during this stage.
  
• Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with healthcare professionals.
