  • As a customer service representative, I answer the phones and guide each customer to get the answers they need. I do simple things, like make payments, but I also help customers solve their larger issues. I work with computers all day long, doing different ins and outs. I also help customers in person when they come into the office, needing help.
  • Another one of my jobs is to file all necessary documents that need to be filed.
  • Running errands is another task that my current boss requires me to do. I do things like pick up mail from the post office and run to the bank. I also run personal errands for her that consist of getting things for her grandkids and picking up medicine from her pharmacist.
