As a customer service representative, I answer the phones and guide each customer to get the answers they need. I do simple things, like make payments, but I also help customers solve their larger issues. I work with computers all day long, doing different ins and outs. I also help customers in person when they come into the office, needing help.
Another one of my jobs is to file all necessary documents that need to be filed.
Running errands is another task that my current boss requires me to do. I do things like pick up mail from the post office and run to the bank. I also run personal errands for her that consist of getting things for her grandkids and picking up medicine from her pharmacist.

I answered the phones in the afternoons and assisted parents with the issues they were facing.
I was in charge of ensuring each child made it home safely, and if the bus drivers had any problems, it was my job to solve them.
I did simple tasks, like helping teachers with their lesson plans for each day.
I also informed and reminded each teacher of the upcoming events that the school had planned. I managed the calendar and came up with ideas to make the school a better place.
